1. Contest Organizer

2. Eligibility
- Eligible participants are natural persons who have reached the age of 18
- Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation Conditions
- Participation in the contest occurs by the Description of participation action, e.g., filling out a form, sending a postcard, etc..
- Each participant may only enter the contest once.
- Automated entries and entries via contest services are excluded.
4. Prize
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
5. Determination of Winners
- The winners will be determined by an random selection process of a program
- Winners will be notified via TikTok, Instagram etc.. If there is no response within a reasonable period after notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be determined.
- The winner will receive a 100% discount code for the product they won.
6. Data Protection
- Personal data of the participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the contest.
- The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the contest.
- After the contest has ended and the winners have been announced, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention requirements.
7. Liability
- The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in the transmission, faults in technical equipment and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way during participation in the contest, unless such damages are caused by the organizer (its organs, employees, or agents) intentionally or through gross negligence.
8. Premature Termination and Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to terminate or end the contest at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. The organizer will particularly make use of this option if proper execution of the contest cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.
